WELCOME!

Welcome to Mrs. Broeker's 3rd grade class! I am so glad to have your student in my class this year. There will be a lot of learning going on! Please check my website often for information and updates!
I have taught for 10 years, most of which have been in 3rd grade. I love this grade, love the curriculum, and love working with children this age.
I am teaching MATH for my homeroom and for Mrs. Burns' homeroom class. We will be learning LOTS, and moving fast! Please ask your student about what they did at school EACH day. If they are anything like my kids were when they were little, the answer will most certainly be "nothing"! Push them and make them tell you what was BEST about the day -- other than recess and lunch!
Please contact me at anytime if you ever have any concerns about your student and their progress in school. The key to a good education and a positive school experience is communication!
I am excited to be back in school and to be spending my days with such amazing kids!
Thank you for sharing your precious little people with me!

An update!

Happy Fall, families!
The Halloween party is coming quickly! We will be "partying" on Friday, October 31st. We will begin dressing up at 2:00 and will begin the parade at about 2:20. Once the parade is over, parties will begin.
See the letter from the principal regarding costume guidelines if you have any questions about what can or cannot be worn.
Be safe out there trick or treating!!
